Please confirm your address before placing an order!

When will I get my order?

Generally expect your order to be shipped 1 to 2 weeks after your order is placed. If the shipping time is longer, send an email to askbadhabitsjp@gmail.com with the email subject "order status" to receive updates. Additionally, check the Bad Habits Instagram feed and story to get updates on shipping!

Expect shipping times to vary depending on your location. Orders within the US take roughly 2 to 5 days to reach their destination while international orders a little longer.

Why is my order taking so long to ship?

Bad Habits is a one man operation. In addition, item production is not done in-house. Thus, certain factors like high order turnout, production/shipping delays are inevitable and can lead to a longer fulfillment time. If your order has been unfulfilled for over a month, contact askbadhabitsjp@gmail.com for details on the discrepancy. 

Refund/Exchange Policy

Refunds for orders are only accepted within 3 days of purchasing. We also do not accept exchanges, if you'd like to cancel your order within that 3 day period please email us at askbadhabitsjp@gmail.com. Any refund requests after that period will not be met. Any chargebacks or disputes after the 3 day grace period will result in an automatic permanent blacklist from our store.

Where is my tracking information?

If you ordered apparel your tracking information will automatically be sent to you when your order has been fulfilled.

We ship worldwide!

I have an issue with an order I received (damaged, incorrect, etc.), what do I do?

Contact me at askbadhabitsjp@gmail.com with the e-mail subject "order issue" and describe your problem in detail. Make sure to provide your order number.
